Huawei MediaPad is the first tablet launched by this China vendors, it carries the Honeycomb 3.2 Android operating system. Along with the presence of the latest version of Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, Huawei will reportedly try the same strategy with the release MediaPad with the latest Android operating system. In addition to releasing MediaPad with Android Ice Cream Sandwich OS, Huawei in its official release will also launch color series for this MediaPad with three shadow colors black, classic brown, and pink passion.
Both series will come with Android OS 3.2 and will be presenting a high quality display with a resolution of 1280x800 pixels with a density of 217 ppi and support for Full HD 1080p video playback. In addition, Huawei's new tablet also comes with a pin processor 1.2 GHz dual-core processor from Qualcomm and will be equipped with a battery capable of supplying power up to six hours more.
MediaPad color series and MediaPad with Android OS 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich will be available in the market of certain regions in the first quarter (Q1) 2012. Not only released the latest MediaPad, Huawei has also promised to provide updates on the tablet OS that has been circulating in the market which will also be performed in the first quarter of this year.
